CASE STUDY: DP OFFICES

A boutique real estate development firm, DP engaged 17/27 to design its new headquarters, a converted condominium property. Tasked with purchasing all furniture for the new space within a two-month timeframe, 17/27 leapt into action, interviewing the company’s entire workforce and observing the office workflow to develop an informed, practical design concept. Following this research period and a comprehensive space planning exercise, 17/27 produced three look and feel options with tiered price points, providing the client with an array of options to select from. The new workspace features a sophisticated lobby, conference space, and an open work area that are tailored to employees’ needs and appealing to the firm’s partners and clients.
